Well, the best regular character in Dragon Ball Z, and the strongest character this side of Ryo-Oki (Ship), the Goku variant is very, very powerful. So what if it dosn't change at Full Moon, he can turn into the Super Saiyan, which is the strongest character in the game. With Power Up, he is unstoppable. Being a Rare is always kind of stinky, but even so, the common one is a 5/5. Overall, an awesome card that can be added to any deck with amazing results.
