A very straight forward card with a very straight forward use. Adding 1 to the Health of all the characters at a Location may seem a really good thing, but is it really? If your going to get Bonked, usually 1 Health is not going to help you. If your dying, 1 Health will not usually help you either. It could, but it would be very rare that that situation would arise. Overall, a pretty limited card. Also, 2 uses sucks.
