Chi is always a good thing, wtih Power Up floating around. +1 Attack is also pretty good. ESP isn't used that much. Only downside is, Charm > 3. There's a few characters. Here's a list:
You can see it by now. It shouldn't be a problem playing with some of these Characters, cause most of them are pretty good. One other drawback. One per deck. This is not that big of a drawback, but it is much harder to draw it. Overall, a very rounded card. Some good points, a few bad. Vital for a Dragon Ball Z deck, and pretty good in any other.
