This little Item is a pretty good one, for not only does it give you the nessesity of life in this game (It's an Item, stupid!), it also loads your character up with skills, which are actually pretty good. There are a few sites you can Scavenge with these abilities, but I think most of these abilities are pretty narrow. The best and about only use I can see with this is to let someone like Goku or Kami use a Rocket Launcher. As it ends up though, pretty average card.
